The Elmleigh Property Group is based in London EC1 and has managed properties since 1992. It is due to open an office in Nottingham and another in east London.
Its £25 million pound property portfolio is made up of a mix of properties from regenerated council houses to tower blocks, situated in Nottingham, Barking, Hackney, Ilford, West Thurrock and Chafford Hundred.
The Group is a growing company that has proven itself in a testing environment, with services that are designed to provide the highest return for your investment.
Elmleigh has recently obtained financial services approval and works in compliance with the rules set by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).
