Elmleigh has a professional, reliable maintenance department that will ensure your property is maintained to the highest standards within keeping of the lease.
An Elmleigh property manager will visit your site at least once a month - and when major works are taking place they endeavour to visit every day.
On taking over your property Elmleigh produces an action plan for any works that are needed to the building. The plan includes all mandatory reports including Asbestos reports, health and safety and fire certificates and detailed risk assessment.
Larger works and Section 20 notice projects are sourced out to independent RICS approved surveyors to ensure the highest standards are met.
